Rheinauhafen Kids Triathlon:
Kids I (8-9 years old): 50m - 1km - 500m
Kids II (10-13 years old): 100m - 2km - 1km
Kids III (14-17 years old): 150m - 3km - 1,5km
(If the temperature of the water is too cold, the swim course will be replaced by a 250m long run course)

Every distance possible as relay.

Online Registration:
Closes June 12th, 2015 or once maximum starter number is reached. In case of non-attendance registration fee will not be refund.
Withdrawal/Substitution regulations:
Until January 31, 2015 70% of the registration fee can be refund.
Until February 28, 2015 50% of the registration fee can be refund.
After February 28, 2015 the registration fee cannot be refund at all!
Any bank service charges will be additional costs for the participant, so will be reversal debit. The right for a starting place will be valid after receipt of payment. You may however elect a substitute participant. If you wish to do so, please inform us either in writing before June 12th, 2015 via email OR in person at the start number distribution area on race day.
A substitution fee of €10 will apply.
The organizer reserves the right to reject applications for important reasons or to pronounce a start prohibition.
Withdrawal-insurances:
It is possible to conclude a withdrawal-insurances (Sprint € 4,-, Olympic €12,-, 58er €15,-).

Time measurement and analysis:
Every participant has to rent a transponder (NO ChampionChip!) for the period of the event (fee € 5,- is included in the start fee).
The transponder has to be returned automatically after finish. The use of the Time2Finish transponder is mandatory during the race.
Athlete Registration:
Saturday, June 27th, 2015: 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 28th, 2015: 07:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.
Pasta Party:
Pasta Party will take place on Saturday, June 27th, 2015 07:00 p.m.
Awards:
All participants that have booked till 28.02.2015, recive the Participant-Shirt without further costs. The participants, which register after 01.03.2015 can buy the Participant-Shirt for 15,-€. It will be put out at the finish.
Prices for the Cologne City-Championship:

Bikeservice:
For the participants will be provided a bikeservice at transition area 1 and mobile bikeservice on the bike course.
Results:
Race results will be available on the evening of each race day or, at the latest, on June 29th via Internet.
Medical Support:
Medical support will be provided during the race.
Legal Liability:
Each participant must arrange their own personal insurance coverage. The organizer is not liable for any injury, accidents or bodily and other damage caused.
The organizer reserves the right not to start, to suspend or cancel the contest in a storm/thunder-storms or other unforeseen reasons and / or disasters of. A refund of entry fees in this case is not possible. Helmets are compulsory on the bike course.
The participant waives its application to any recourse. Glass objects (especially bottles) are not to be used or transported on the course including the transition zone.
After the competition, the bikes and removable bags are handed out only by presenting the starting number to staff employed.
